Key public and private sector stakeholders came together on December 7 for State/Local Immigration Laws: An Open Dialogue, hosted by the National Association of Home Builders, the National Conference of State Legislatures, the National Roofing Contractors Association, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Held at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC, the event addressed current immigration legislative proposals at the state and local levels, the economic impact of these proposals, and how to improve dialogue between businesses and public officials to prevent unintentionally hindering economic growth.
